Videoconferencing with Skype
After 30 years sitting in my office across from many wonderful individuals telling me their story, I now find myself sitting with them through the wonder of cyberspace. Leaping into the world of web cams and Skype stretches the imagination. When imagination is stretched to its limit shift happens and our perception of the world changes. That’s the case with moving Red Rock Consulting from the confines of a traditional office into the virtual world of internet conversations. The newness feels unsettling at first then suddenly nothing seems so different from before. The conversations continue, the feeling of connectivity remains, familiar faces and unique expressions register, and the process continues. Helping people find themselves is what Red Rock Consulting does and will continue doing. Paradigms come and go, and their passing enables us to grow alongside the worlds ever-changing nature. Learning to see the world anew is the mission of Red Rock and once again it teaches me as well as those I work with that change is upon us. It’s in that spirit that I invite you to join in this new journey.

Private Consultation for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Steve describes his work with people as helping them think about what they think about. Steve engages his clients in the process of change: beliefs, thoughts and emotions left over from childhood are transmuted into beliefs, thoughts and emotions aligned with the deeper, instinctual self. Steve has been described as the talking shaman, stirring up an alchemical process resulting in a more natural human consciousness. Humility, compassion and trust guide this new way of thinking. Steve’s goal is to help others find the inner contentment of living in accordance with the laws of nature, including the development of a spiritual practice based in gratitude for the wisdom of this Higher Power, however imagined.
Steve is available for consultation Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, and Wednesday evenings, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sessions are 50 minutes and conducted over the Internet with Skype and web cams. Confidential scheduling and payments are made through this site, insuring privacy for all clients.
Supervision/Mentoring for students and practitioners.
Steve’s supervision and mentoring teaches the theory and methods of his approach to helping others. Drawing on 30 years of experience in philosophy, psychology, deep ecology, and indigenous spiritual practices, Steve teaches others how to engage clients in the process of change. Using a process oriented, systems based, spiritual model of human consciousness based in a natural setting of connectivity, this supervision and mentoring gives students and practitioners a structural framework to fit their personal approach to helping others.

Training and Workshops in “Everyday Shamanism,”
a practical approach to living each day in deep contemplation and deep celebration. These trainings and workshops are offered to anyone interested in learning more about the re-emergence of indigenous, earth-based consciousness or to those who currently have a spiritual practice in need of a boost.
